International Veterinary Nurses
                           and Technicians Association


The IVNTA is an association of member countries which seeks to foster and promote links with
Veterinary Nursing / Veterinary Technician staff worldwide by communication and co-operation.

IVNTA as an Association

The secretariat for the IVNTA has been hosted by the BVNA since 1993. As of 2007 a member from CAAHTT will be secretariat.

The secretariat is responsible for:

  1. Updating of the membership list.
  2. Informing members of relevant events and information.
  3. Producing a regular e-newsletter to be sent to each member country.
  4. Providing a channel of open communication for members.
  5. Offering help and advice to inquirers.
